Shipping Policy

How long do products take to ship? 

Products marked as "In Stock" on the website typically ship within 24 hours. We like fast and efficient shipping and we know you do as well. Custom made items will take longer such as fork upgrades and shocks.

Depending on the items purchased and availability, there might be extended shipping times due to the current global events.

We will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

How much does shipping cost?

We combine shipping. Save big by taking advantage of your shipment volume and weight. 

When you place an order, each item will have an associated shipping fee calculated automatically by the website as the estimated shipping fee to an address in the USA or internationally. If this amount seems excessive please contact us to verify the accuracy of the shipping quote provided. 

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Which shipping provider do you use? 

We currently ship using USPS Priority Mail and UPS. We can ship using FEDEX upon request. Contact us for a quote. We can ship using USPS Priority Mail Express upon request as well. 

Do you ship outside the US? 

We ship to virtually any address in the world. More than 100 countries and counting. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Returns Policy 

  • Elefant Adventure Bikes supports the Ducati E900, the full series of Cagiva Elefants, the Cagiva Gran Canyon and most other adventure bikes.

  • Therefore, each item purchased is considered a *special order product* and is generally not returnable unless there is a product defect.
